Miguel took about 10 minutes to look at my yard, draw on a piece of paper an example of what I wanted done, and emailed me a 3D image that night, showing what my new patio/pergola would look like and measurements. Miguel is an excellent businessman. He communicates well, negotiates a fair/reasonable price with you, they completed our 31×9.5 ft patio in a short efficient time frame. Yes, I would recommend him to anyone who asks. We are very pleased with our new stone patio.

Miguel Rosas (Austin Yard Builder ) did a magnificent job landscaping our front and back yard. The project required extensive masonry work and land fill. The end result is stunning and I recommend him 100%. My wife and I are retired design professionals so we know what to expect. All in all we got a very fair price,quality workmanship and any extra work that we requested was fairly priced.

Miguel gave me a reasonable bid and completion date to replace an existing 3′ X 100′ retaining wall. He commenced and finished the retaining wall on time with no problems during construction. He made a special effort to see that my driveway was clear each night so that I could park my car. He also responded to all of inquiries on a very timely basis. The wall is very attractive and a nice upgrade from the wall that it replaced. I would use Miguel for future projects.

Our signature item is the flagstone patio. Whether it is built in unison with a deck, pergola or another one of the custom outdoor structures we build for homeowners here in the Austin and surrounding areas, the added essence of flagstone makes the entire project breathtaking. Texas is hill country which yields varying grades and steep drop offs which often include natural stone, but natural stone used as a building material is common because of its natural beauty and the way it complements the natural surroundings and backdrops of your property. Flagstone is quarried from the ground and therefore will not yield a completely even surface. Flagstone patios are set on either concrete or mortar beds. Our flagstone patios are sealed with a “matte” finish penetrating sealer which are not visible to the naked eye that they are being absorbed. This sealer will last from 6-12 months. After the initial sealing, the patio may be resealed again at your discretion. If you are placing a BBQ pit or grill atop your flagstone patio be careful not to let grease or drippings on the surface of the flagstone as they can stain the stone and become permanent.

When you request a project estimate, our project manager will visit your residence or commercial space and provide you with a complimentary project estimate, whether it's for masonry work, custom stonework, pergolas, landscape or patio extensions we have you covered!
Every outdoor living project we complete comes with a one-year workmanship warranty, which is a guarantee that the installation will meet our internal standards. In some cases, product lines may come with an additional manufacturer’s warranty, which warrants against defects in the materials themselves. These manufacturer’s warranties vary in length and can be discussed with your consultant.
Yes. We maintain general liability insurance and even workers comp (not required in Texas) to make sure you are covered. We handle the gathering of all required permits, scheduling of any inspections and the entire HOA application process as well. Our goal is to make this a much simpler process than you anticipate.
We have a variety of ways that this can happen. Often times, homeowners are able to select materials used on the job from our iPads but sometimes more is required. We will meet you at a stone yard, deliver samples to your house or whatever else is necessary for you to make your decisions.
That is a difficult question to answer. Some of our projects can be completed within a week of the start date. Most of our projects can be completed within a few weeks but it can take longer than that as well. Things like inspections/permitting/HOA and design changes can slow us down during the project. Rest assured, you will be given a projected timeline and then communicated thoroughly the whole way through.
Due to the complexity of certain projects, it can sometimes take a few days to get you accurate pricing. Typically, pricing and drawings (if necessary) will be back to you within a week.
